In 2018 I found found myself miserable, over weight, and constantly anxious. After a doctor informed me I was a pre-diabetic I decided change my diet, but I didn’t know where to start. There was so much information out there about what was healthy and wasn’t I didn’t know who to believe. I finally decided to try intermittent fasting test foods against my anxiety.
If it increased my anxiety I would cut it out, and if it didn’t I would keep it in my diet. My quality of life drastically changed within weeks and I knew I was on to something. I changed the direction of my schooling to Nutritional Therapy.
Within a year I had lost 100 lbs and had drastically improved my mental health.
I then graduated in 2020 and started my online practice Mapped Out Nutrition where I have helped hundreds of people improve chronic illness, weight management, mental health, and digestive issues with nutritional therapy.
